En cas de thrombopénie de Grade 4, la posologie de docétaxel devra être réduite de 75 à 60 mg/m².
Les administrations suivantes de docétaxel ne devront reprendre que si le nombre de polynucléaires neutrophiles est >1500/mm3 et le nombre de plaquettes est >100 000/mm3. Si ces toxicités hématologiques persistent le traitement devra être arrêté (cf paragraphe 4.4).
