Posologie (Dose et Administration)
- Posologie Usuelle : Très variable selon l'indication et l'urgence. Généralement 1 à 2 ampoules (4 à 8 mg), à renouveler si nécessaire.
- Mode d'administration :
- I.V. (Intraveineuse) : En urgence.
- I.M. (Intramusculaire) : Action rapide.
- Infiltration : Injection locale (articulations, tissus mous).
- Indication : Traitement d'urgence des états allergiques sévères (choc anaphylactique, œdème de Quincke), crises d'asthme graves, ou en injection locale pour des inflammations articulaires.
- Mise en garde :
- L'injection locale (infiltration) doit être faite dans des conditions d'asepsie rigoureuses.
- L'utilisation prolongée nécessite une surveillance médicale étroite (tension, glycémie, kaliémie).
