La crème Kazol 2% doit être appliquée sur les zones touchées une ou deux fois par jour, selon la gravité de l'infection. Le traitement doit être poursuivi jusqu'à quelques jours après la disparition de tous les signes et symptômes. La durée habituelle du traitement est la suivante: pityriasis versicolor 2 à 3 semaines, tinea corporis 3 à 4 semaines.
